UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so we need a
street address, or if using a rural route number, a complete
address and the nearest crossroad. If you prefer delivery
to your workplace, list that address under your name as do.
A phone number is required on all orders. and to arrange for
foreign shipments.

satisfied, give us a call within 14 days of receipt and we
will arrange for an exchange or refund of the merchandise,
and provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
If you find that a product fails to hold up under normal use
for a reasonable period of time, let us know what happened,
and we will replace it. If your order is damaged in shipment,
